Meet Your Facilitator

For over a decade, Rachel (Briya) has devoted herself to the path of spiritual practice and modern mysticism. 

Her background blends shamanic healing, classical yoga, Ayurveda and Breathontology  which she shares with individuals and communities seeking to awaken, heal and remember.​ 

She is known for a depth of wisdom that is rare for her age, and for an approach that is down-to-earth and intuitive.
