— RD, Engineer“After searching high and low for different explanations, practices and practitioners to 'help me feel better', superficial improvements had been made but I still felt more disconnected from myself than ever. I knew I needed guidance in connecting to my higher self and tangible recommendations that could help me get into alignment.
Rachel has provided me with this and more. She has been the truest form of guidance as a friend, teacher and source of inspiration. I am showing up more authentically, experiencing synchronicities and signs of alignment, and genuinely 'feeling better.'
I am so happy I took the leap to work with such an amazing teacher - I am so grateful to Rachel.(I could say more! Genuinely, thank you.)"

Biography
Rachel is a mentor and teacher whose work focuses on helping her clients develop direct experience with their own innate wisdom (intuition) – in a way that’s evocative, grounding and transcendent.
Her unique approach to modern, embodied spirituality blends principles of yogic wisdom with modern mysticism, somatics, Ayurveda, bioenergetics and shamanism.
Rachel began a deep period of study of the ancient mysteries in her teens, exploring Hatha Yoga, meditation, herbalism, depth psychology, dreamwork, ancient civilizations and philosophy.
In her early 20s, her process was catalyzed through a profound healing crisis which opened her inner vision on the delicate interplay between soul, spirit and matter.
Rachel’s approach is primarily inspired by a long-term apprenticeship with Berdhanya Swami Tierra, a South American shaman and female mystic. This work centered on an in-depth exploration of modern shamanism, the awakening of the feminine, bioenergetic healing and self-mastery. Over a 15-year period, she explored countless initiations to the subtle realms in Canada, Latin America and across the globe, deepening her understanding of the soul’s journey and humanity’s cosmic origins.
Rachel is also a long-term practitioner of meditation, Hatha yoga and Ayurveda, and has travelled to India many times to deepen her practice.
She is the creator of the Inner Mysteries School, a modern space of initiation into mystic experience and awakening. She is also the host of the Inner Alchemy Podcast, which explores our potential for spiritual awakening and human evolution.
In 2018, Rachel co-founded Eagle Feather Books, a small publication dedicated to the evolution of consciousness and Ayurveda for Vibrant Living, a course in self-healing and natural self-care. Her writing has also appeared in Ayurveda Mantra and Blissful Magazine.
Rachel is a certified Breathontology Coach (2021–22) and holds studies in Bioenergetic Healing (The Bioenergetics Instutite of Ottawa, 2012-13), in Ayurveda from Anjali School of Ayurveda and Panchakarma in Kerala, India (2012–2016) and Dhawanthari Ayurveda (2019–2026). She also holds a degree in Commerce from the University of Ottawa’s Telfer School of Management, and studies in International Business at École Supérieure de Commerce à Rouen, France.
Early in her career, Rachel served in the Canadian public service, as an independent business, and as a facilitator with Disruptive Art Canada. She has led courses in stress-resilience, mental health and creativity for private, public and corporate audiences.
Rachel currently lives in Chelsea, Québec and has recently be found contemplating on the ancient mysteries at sacred sites across the globe. She enjoys hiking, herbal tea, yoga, dancing, gardening and tranquil experiences of the beauty of life.
