This is a 7-week program designed to walk with you step by step to a new level of wellbeing and empowerment.
Sessions take place online in a private space, at a time to suit your schedule.
You’ll also have the opportunity to bring to each session any challenges that weigh on your heart and mind — relationships, career, self-expression, etc.
From a holistic perspective, all is related. ✨
To support your relaxation, you’ll be doing most of the practices lying down (if possible) or in a seated posture.
Health concerns? Practices can be adapted to meet your unique needs or limitations.

Our sessions begin with an open space — meeting where you are, with your questions, challenges, and what's present in your life right now. No topic is off limits. It’s a space designed to clear your mind, expand your perception of yourself, soften old patterns and offer you life affirming guidance.

A guided breathwork session to help you relax, calm your mind, release held tension, and to gain remarkable insight. Sessions typically take place lying down on the floor, covered by a blanket for warmth. Gentle movement or other somatic practices may be included.

A brief conversation to integrate what arose in your session — insights, sensations, emotions — and ground them into practical understanding in in your daily life.

You will receive a personalized audio recording to help you bring the benefits of Breathontology into your own home, so that the results can go deeper in your physiology.

Hi, my name is Rachel (Briya). I'm a breathwork teacher and spiritual mentor.
My work teaches you to use ancient wisdom teachings in a way that’s both highly practical and deeply transformative.
I’ve spent 20+ years immersed in this work, and I also have a background in consulting and in the federal public service. I can understand the challenges of the ‘real world’ and also how to navigate in other ways of being.
The core of my approach is a focus on helping you awaken to your own inner knowing (intuition) — all in service to your renewed vitality, better relationships, and a deep sense of inspiration in life.
Whether you're looking to answer deep questions or seeking long-term coaching, I'd love to walk with you.

This program is designed to meet you where you are, and can be tailored to your unique needs, healing goals or or any pre-existing conditions. This is not a fitness class but something to support you in a gentle, relaxed & nourishing way.

I've been immersed in holistic healing and consciousness-based work for +20 years. Unlike many other yoga teachers or therapists, I also have a background in the corporate world -- both as a business consultant and a senior government advisor -- making my work very grounded and practical in the real world, as well as transcendent and illuminating. Most of my students say that I carry a depth of wisdom and experience that is both remarkable and rare for my age.
