How it works—

This is a 7-week program designed to walk with you step by step to a new level of wellbeing and empowerment.

Sessions take place online in a private space, at a time to suit your schedule.

You’ll also have the opportunity to bring to each session any challenges that weigh on your heart and mind — relationships, career, self-expression, etc.

From a holistic perspective, all is related. ✨

To support your relaxation, you’ll be doing most of the practices lying down (if possible) or in a seated posture.

Health concerns? Practices can be adapted to meet your unique needs or limitations.

Meet Your Guide

Hi, my name is Rachel (Briya). I'm a breathwork teacher and spiritual mentor.

My work teaches you to use ancient wisdom teachings in a way that’s both highly practical and deeply transformative.

I’ve spent 20+ years immersed in this work, and I also have a background in consulting and in the federal public service. I can understand the challenges of the ‘real world’ and also how to navigate in other ways of being.

The core of my approach is a focus on helping you awaken to your own inner knowing (intuition) — all in service to your renewed vitality, better relationships, and a deep sense of inspiration in life.
