Before you were born, your soul mapped out a specific plan for what you wanted to experience on Earth.
Your soul plan includes the family you were born into, your significant partner(s), your children and the guides that you would meet along the way.
It also includes your unique gifts and challenges that you’re here to learn about, evolve and express.
Clarifying the lessons and themes behind your soul contracts is a key to your healing and evolution.

Meet Your Guide
Rachel Freeman is a teacher and facilitator who has been creating spaces for healing and spiritual awakening since 2011. She is passionate about exploring the potentials of human consciousness in a way that unites and transcends global culture.
Her background includes 20+ years of practice in self-healing, shamanism, meditation and energy healing.
As a guide, she is known for an approach that is down-to-earth, intuitive and deeply seated.

Course format & flow:
This series is designed to guide you in a potent inner journey toward healing your subconscious and ancestral lineage, toward awakening your soul gifts and cosmic memory.
Our program includes contemplative, self-paced learning + live transmissions, including:
✨ Personal contemplations: Each week, you will receive teachings and guided processes for self-inquiry to enjoy at your own pace in your inbox (20-45 mins per week).
✨ Live group meetings: Each week, we will meet in a live online forum for guided process, including meditations, ceremony, human connection and to answer your questions. Join live or by recording.
✨ Partner Work: You also have the option to go deeper in your process in partner discussion with another student (optional).
