Meet Your Guide
For 20+ years, Rachel (Briya) Freeman has devoted herself to the path of spiritual practice and modern mysticism.
Her background blends shamanic healing, classical yoga, Ayurveda and Breathontology which she shares with individuals and communities across Canada and internationally who are seeking to awaken, heal and remember.
Rachel is known for a depth of wisdom that is rare for her age, and for an approach that is down-to-earth and intuitive.
