Fall is a time where the forces of nature support your energetic release & restructuring.

You’re invited to join us for a 3-day online program using breathontology, Ayurvedic self-care, mystic teachings and stillnessto take you to the next level of your energetic freedom. 

Don’t worry, we won’t overdo it on screen time!

You will have a simple, structured daily routine which supports introspection, rest, deep healing, self-care, deep rest, rejuvenation, self-love and fresh insights.

All you need is a quiet space in your home or cottage, a few simple cooking supplies, and a desire to go deeper into knowing the magic of who you are.

​7 am: Morning Yoga & Breathontology Practice​

8:30 am: Breakfast

9 am - 10 am: Rest, nature walks

10 am - 12:30 pm : Satsang with Briya (*live)

1 pm: Lunch

1:30 - 3:30 pm : Rest, nature walk

4 pm - 5 pm : Craft / art project / self-care

6 pm : dinner

7 pm: Evening satsang and contemplation (*live)

8pm: evening practice : breath, movement & meditation

9 pm : bedtime

*This retreat will be mostly self-guided with live classes happening twice a day

to optimize deep rest, reflection, introspection, healing and new insights.

Meet the Guide

Rachel (Briya) Freeman has been creating spaces for healing and spiritual awakening since 2011. She is passionate about exploring the potentials of human consciousness in a way that unites and transcends global culture. 

Her background combines 20+ years of study and practice in hatha yoga, Ayurveda, modern shamanism and Breathontology. 

As a guide, she is known for an approach that is down-to-earth, intuitive and deeply seated. She can be reached at hello@briyafreeman.com

The program is easy to follow if you have a quiet space to rest and practice.

When you register, you will be sent an email with some simple preparations for your home.
